The rules for using the Duetto platform, for couples and for vendors.

What Duetto is
Duetto is a wedding planning platform: a planner for couples, a vendor marketplace and Gala Duetto. For couples, the platform is free.
Accounts
The account is personal. You are responsible for what happens in it and for the data you enter. Couples can give other people access to their wedding and can withdraw it at any time. An account used for fraud, for fake reviews or against other users may be suspended.
Your content
What you upload and write remains yours. You only give us the right to display it on the platform, to the people it is meant for. Do not upload photos, texts or data you have no rights to. The couple who enters the guests' data is responsible for it.
Vendors
A vendor profile becomes public after verification by the Duetto team, based on the company's details. The vendor is responsible for the accuracy of the profile, prices and calendar. Reviews can be left only by couples who had a contract with the vendor, after the wedding date. The vendor may reply publicly once.
Contracts and payments
Contracts are concluded between couples and vendors. Duetto is not a party to them and is not responsible for their performance. The platform provides templates, simple electronic signing and the tracking of instalments. Money does not pass through the platform: payments are made directly between the parties and are only tracked here.
Promotions and the gala
Everything that is paid for is labelled “Promoted” and does not affect reviews or Gala Duetto. A gala nomination cannot be bought.
Liability
We strive to keep the platform running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for the services provided by vendors, nor for the agreements between couples and vendors.
Changes
We may update these terms. We announce important changes on the platform before they apply. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
